This was the first time they had changed oil on my truck. And a question on what oil? And then they checked all my filters and all the fluids. And they did it excellent job.

Honest review for Finzel’s The customer service at Finzels is everything that it should be, everyone went above and beyond!!!! Let’s start off with availability. I was able to get my car in next day which was pretty awesome. Made the arrangement to take my vehicle at 8 o’clock, and they was able to shuttle me back home. I was contacted a couple of times throughout the day about my vehicle. once around 11 Ish about details about repair and cost, and I gladly agreed to move forward 3 o’clock I was contacted again to be shuttled back to their shop where I was able to pay and pick up my car. EVERY single issue that I had regarding my vehicle was Repaired! Thank you again to this amazing shop who provides the best customer service you will ever experience in your life, but also provides the best quality service that is also affordable as well. Highly recommended.
