Our goal was simply to give you clear and honest answers. We conducted a full inspection, thorough diagnostics, and a road test on the vehicle. We didn’t find evidence supporting the thermostat replacement that had been suggested, and we weren’t going to go through with a repair your son didn’t need. We’re very glad he made it back to Tennessee safely and that the Escape is still running strong. Earning your trust, especially in a situation like that, means everything to us.
