They got my car in the same day I had a issue. It was a major problem and they got the car fixed that day. They dealt with the warranty company to ensure that the claim was honored. Very polite and respectful. I was taken to work and picked up to be taken back to the shop.

Everyone is always friendly and explains everything that is needed. Since I work early it’s been really nice to use a loaner car. Thanks for taking care of my car. Only complaint is my car is costing me too much $$ lately. I hope to only see you for oil changes for a while!

Awesome customer service once again! I was on my lunch break and kept hearing a noise from under the vehicle. I called the shop and Rourke was able to get me on the schedule quickly. The team found the issue, made the repair & I had my Honda back before the work day was over! I am extremely appreciative of the quality of service provided, but the friendly and respectful treatment is the reason I continue to bring my vehicles to Finzels Master Tech. BTW Rourke is the best
