I noticed a louder than normal sound coming from my vehicle so I setup an appointment. They couldnt determine the cause right away so they wanted to keep it longer to determine the issue. They provided me a loaner car to help with transportation. They determined it was an issue with my timing system, which is a bigger job than normal. They ordered the parts right away. Fortunately I had an extended warranty on the vehicle, so they contacted them to ensure the repairs were covered. When I went to pick it up, they didnt charge me anything, including the $100 deductible that was normally part of my warranty. Even though I was without my vehicle for a week, the loaner vehicle they provided during that time and them covering the deductible was much appreciated.
