Everyone at the shop is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When my car continued to have problems, I was panicked and emotional, but the team stayed calm, patient, and thorough. They went above and beyond to diagnose the issues correctly and make sure everything was working perfectly. Finzel’s Mastertech is worth every penny. I also want to give a special shout-out to Alex and Bernie for handling my concerns so patiently and for helping me through the process. I hope Alex has an awesome paternity leave this summer.

Had new tires and brakes during my last visit to Finzel’s. So happy with the tire recommendation! My car rides so smooth, and so much more quiet!! You can’t beat the quality of the knowledge and service you receive here! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing service of any kind. I can’t begin to say enough good things about Rourke (hope I spelled his name right). He takes the time to explain options and explains why a service is needed. Will never go anywhere else!
