Great service! Experienced flat tire not far from there. Was treated great upon arrival and had tire inspected, repaired and back on vehicle in no time! Very courteous staff and relaxing environment. I had never been there before but would definitely go back for service!!!

First time visit, my car is out of warranty at dealership and I was looking for better customer service. They studied the history of services on my car and discussed possible other services available without being pushy. Im old school about service by mileage but made plans for service goals according to my modern vehicle standards. I was very impressed with the time and effort taken on my vehicle, plan to return and add my husbands vehicle.

Went in for a transmission flush. Was very worried about getting it done. They assured me it was okay to do and told what they'd do every step of the way. They also identified other issues with my car that I had a hard time figuring out. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to Finzel's Mastertech for all my car service needs and recommend the to anyone else who has car trouble.
