Had two cars serviced. First one lost its new serpentine belt Finzel's had installed within a few days. They had it towed in, checked to determine the cause, and replaced it the same day at no charge to us. My second car needed to be checked out because it was a recent used car purchase. Finzel's did their "used car check" and sent a full report with photos to my E-mail. I was impressed. Staff is friendly and helpful.
