I can’t express how thorough, thoughtful, polite, and really caring my contact Rourke was. I’ve had my car and families vehicles serviced here and won’t go anywhere else. Very satisfied. Waited only about one hour even though I was not listed to wait. A/C is good. Oil and routine check up. Cheerful staff.

Alex was such a great help after my car was flooded from the recent storms. He helped me communicate with my insurance company and kept me updated on the status of everything. While it ended up being a total loss, the whole team was really professional, kind, and understanding of the situation. Once again, Finzel’s demonstrated excellent customer service!
