This place deserves a medal of excellence in customer service and satisfaction! My Honda Fit Sport had been dying for the last month. Finally I scheduled an appointment for them to do a draw test on my car. They are so thorough, and meanwhile I was getting a little impatient, that they had it for 3 days until they were satisfied that everything checked out. They fixed it by totally replacing the battery that I bought from them in November of 2024. When I picked up my car today, they printed out a receipt before I could even get my wallet out. When Matthew handed me the receipt I said, "so I don't have to pay?" And he politely and nonchalantly said "nope!" All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart! I asked blessings on you all!!!
