They did an excellent job diagnosing the issues with my car and were very transparent as to what needed to be done. The young lady in customer service was very professional and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Finzel always do a great job on my exotic vehicles.

Fantastic service, I was caught in a bind with a unexpected vehicle problem and a time crunch to have the vehicle operating the same day or day after for work and they got me in and got the problem fixed with accuracy. They even offered to take me somewhere to get some lunch in the midst of waiting. I really appreciate their team and the shop they run is very clean and orderly. Thank you guys for fitting me in and helping me out! Truly I am so grateful! 10/10 ! Highly recommend!

First time here. Was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the shop. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, waiting area was comfortable and there was a steady flow of customers so I figured it must be a decent place to bring my cars. My wait time for a regular transmission service was not bad and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Friendly staff. I'll be back for future services.
