Finzel Master Tech was asked by me to tow our car from a competitors facility to their shop. The original facility had not been completely forthcoming in certain aspects during our discussions. Finzel towed the car to their facility, confirmed necessary repairs, made repairs and called when they had completed repairs. The total cost was somewhat less expensive than what had been quoted by the competition. Their help was appreciated.
