Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment here was far more difficult than it needed to be. They only offer weekday appointments, with no weekend availability and no afternoon appointments. If you work traditional corporate/business hours, your options are extremely limited. Unless you have a second vehicle and can drop your car off in the morning before work and pick it up in the evening, it’s essentially not feasible. There are just too many obstacles to work around when you’re paying for a service. At that point, it makes more sense to schedule elsewhere. I was also disappointed with the phone experience. The staff member I spoke with did not seem very empathetic or interested in helping find a solution. The interaction essentially felt like, “Yeah, that’s too bad. Bye.” Perhaps calling around 4:15 PM, closer to closing time, contributed to the experience, but either way, I left feeling like my business wasn’t wanted. I would recommend offering more flexible appointment times and having staff approach scheduling concerns with a little more understanding and willingness to help.

We also offer shuttle service to help customers get to work or home, loaner vehicles for qualifying larger or time-consuming repairs, and discounted rental car options when additional transportation is needed. These services are specifically designed so customers don’t have to rearrange an entire workday or have a second vehicle available just to get their car serviced.
