I'm skeptical of any auto repair business. Do I believe I could have gotten a better deal? Yes. Do I feel a tiny bit swindled? Perhaps. Even so... the quality is very apparent. And the applied warranty is reassuring too. If I'm not mistaken, the hourly labor rate is about 140 an hr. They are skilled and fairly charismatic. The desk jockeys are patient and know how to explain things; The mechanics are stoic, quiet, and perhaps too good at their jobs. I have intermediate experience in repairing and fixing my own vehicles. The job at hand I simply couldn't do and they took care of me. Even listened to some of my sob stories, and Clark was quite the comfort too haha. If I were a rich man, then I have zero complaints because the quality and warranty is just that much worth it. Atm, I'm a poor man and the bill hurt my fragile feelings. Thankfully, they partnered up with synchrony bank and I can make monthly payments with zero interest. Thank you fellas for accommodating me and the not very good situation I'm currently in. I look forward to working with you one last time next month before I say my farewells.
