They seem to do fine work, but, the prices are a bit ridiculous. Seriously? $160 to do a "drive test" and to remove four tires to examine the brakes (this is just a small portion)? Y'alls labor charges are insane.

I had a service engine soon light on my 2003 BMW Z4 and they were able to diagnose the problem and order the part from BMW and fix the problem. Very happy with the service.

I highly recommend Finzel's Mastertech if you own a Mini Cooper. I live out of town and my local mechanic recommended I go there to have them check a code because he didn't have the proper diagnostic equipment for a BMW. My 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman had a rough idle, reduced power and the Check Engine light was on. The technicians at Finzel's Mastertech did a diagnostic examination and determined the seal on my oil cap was distorted causing a vapor leak, which resulted in poor engine performance.They ordered a new oil cap and did additional diagnostic checks (including test driving it a few times) and it's fixed! I'm so thrilled with the service and price. The Service Technicians were very professional and courteous throughout the process. Thank you. Dr. Diana Dickey
