As a 50+ year antique auto restorer I have done and seen almost anything automotive, from engine rebuilds to complete body off frame restorations. Being raised in the 50s and60s I havent kept up with the transition to the new computerized auto technology that started happening in the 90s and on. When I recently started having computer issues with my 2005 Silverado Z-71 , I was referred to Fenzelsmastertechs by my local mechanic Scott Granby . I was first impressed with the cleanliness of the entire new facility and the kind and courteous staff that waited on me. They had my problem diagnosed and gave me a call with estimate within an hour and the repairs were done same day !!!! This particular truck has its original drive train in tact and currently shows 433,000 miles . Over the past several months I have entrusted Fenzelsmastertechs to change the front and rear main engine seals which was a huge job that theyve done to perfection!! I wont take any of my vehicles that I personally cant repair on my own to ANY other repair shop This shop is absolutely hands down TOP NOTCH Mick Fuson Farmersburg, Ind

Was nervous to take my car to anyone as I always had a car guy in my life. But now as a single mom I had to take it somewhere. They were very transparent in what they were going to do and didn't to try to take advantage of my ignorance. Let me know about an upcoming deal for a service ill need in the future and assured me I could wait until then as it'll be a pricier service for me. Of course they know none of my struggles as a single mom so I was extremely thankful and appreciative of how they handled my vehicle and me as a customer. Ill be bringing my vehicle in for service any time its needed here because I feel I can trust them. Aside from the personal convictions, I drive a 2010 mini cooper. They seem very knowledgeable about how to handle this particular finicky car. All the employees i interacted with were extremely nice as well and the business itself was very clean and well set up. Even the shop area itself was very clean as we're the mechanics working. Thank you guys so much!
