Had a major engine issue. Finzels analyzed it and gave me the options and information needed to make my decision. The repair required a long lead item but They made a time estimate and achieved it. Helped us through a difficult situation and the end result is a success

They got my car in the same day I had a issue. It was a major problem and they got the car fixed that day. They dealt with the warranty company to ensure that the claim was honored. Very polite and respectful. I was taken to work and picked up to be taken back to the shop.
