I would just like to say thank you to Steve and the gang for their fast, fair and friendly service always and I love your coupons ao please keep them coming because I do also shop not only quality but price when looking for repairs. I do believe they are as honest as they come in the repair business and stand behind their work with a one year warranty on all repairs which is virtually unheard of at many repair shops including dealerahips.

As usual they were fast, fair and reliable. I did have a slight issue after the repair the following day. I called them theynsis to bring it right in and they had it repaired in less than 10 min.

I had the best experiance with Finzels ! I will never go anywhere else . It was my first experiance with them and they were very honest and made me feel comfortable . They fixed everything that was wrong with my car and called me anytime before they fixed something . All the guys who work there are so sweet and kind . Bob is absolutly amazing and took great care of my car! I will never go back to a dealership to get my car fixed !

Finzel's keeps coming through with excellent service and communications. My daughter attends ISU and I'm 200 miles away. I trust Finzel's to do the right things on her car and know they are done right and at a fair cost.

The service was fast and professional. They got my truck serviced on the day of need, and really worked to provide me with transportation while it was worked on. They itemized their diagnosis with my vehicle's problems, and plainly described the issues with me, as well as providing a cost estimate before actually doing the work.

I think you guys should have Lazy-boy recliners in your waiting area....
