My Jeep Grand Cherokee was in need of the auto version of ICU. Due its age, "98, and my not getting it in for service recently, the Jeep GC had multiple problems. Finzel's listened to what I thought was needed, then diagnosed all the service required and provided me a detailed list, coded by priority. They completed the essential repairs in a couple of days, much quicker than I expected for the number of issues that needed to be resolved. My Jeep is running better and quieter than it has for a long time, which I'm sure my neighbors are grateful for. I appreciate the professional approach & treatment I received as a customer.

I feel welcome and well taken care of here! Being one of those people who doesn't know anything about cars, I always fear I am being sold unnecessary repairs, but not here. The staff is always friendly and takes good care of my car.

This is the only place I will take my car now. I had a window that stopped working after a locksmith slimjimed it to help me get into m car, I did yrll him no to do this too. I took it to Finzel's to get fixed mostly because they are close to my house. They fixed it up fine and gave helped me to tune it in as it gets cold for free. They originally helped me to keep the cost low too as I am on disability and don't have much to spare. They are always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy and to fix the car. I will keep bringing my car here as needed as long as I line in this area too.
