Who ever Steve is, he's very rude on the phone and obviously don't understand the simple questions you ask him. Then when he don't understand it seems as if he takes it out on you.... Not very good customer service, Steve.

From the moment the phone was answered, I felt welcome and at home. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted by the most handsome and friendly fella I have ever met. I believe his name is Morley. I told them that I have an after-market warranty that is a royal pain in the back-side to work with, but my "new best friend" at Finzel's was not intimidated in the least. My repair was done in a timely fashion. I was able to do a lot of the legwork (paperwork for my warranty) via email (can you say, "CONVENIENT") and the repair was done right!

My friends at Finzel's were able to diagnose a knocking noise in the rear of the car and isolate it to the sway bar bushings. Quick repair time at a reasonable price.
