From the moment the phone was answered, I felt welcome and at home. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted by the most handsome and friendly fella I have ever met. I believe his name is Morley. I told them that I have an after-market warranty that is a royal pain in the back-side to work with, but my "new best friend" at Finzel's was not intimidated in the least. My repair was done in a timely fashion. I was able to do a lot of the legwork (paperwork for my warranty) via email (can you say, "CONVENIENT") and the repair was done right!
