Terre Haute Auto Repair

My daughter had just moved to Terre Haute to attend ISU. She was there less than 3 weeks when the clutch plate on her 2004 Audi A4 disintegrated. The nearest Audi dealer was 65 miles away and I live in Cincinnati. I Googled "Audi mechanics in Terre Haute" and Finzel's was one of the shops that appeared. Of all the shops I talked to, they sounded the most competent and their price was about half of what Audi wanted. To make a long story short, Finzel's took care of everything including towing the car to their shop. The car was ready when they said it would be and the cost was slightly less than their estimate. It's been almost a year since this repair was done and she has not had any problems with her car. This was the best car repair experience I have ever had!

I have never had a problem with Finzels Mastertech since I moved here from Alabama and I have them do all my repairs big or small. They always treat me good and don't talk down to me because I am a woman! Everyone is nice and professional which is a plus. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They got me in and out as qucik as possible. They did a great job with the repair and also found another problem that was undetected by myself. I would recommend them to anyone that also drives a european car.

Not only did they fix my car, they told me all that needed done to get it ready for another 100000 miles. Wanting to save money I wanted to fix a few things myself, they helped teach me how and offered pointers from when they have done the same repair. I will never take my car anywhere else

Very fast and efficient they worked very hard to figure out the problem and even though they could not find it they referred me to someone who could they truly care about the customer I would recommend finzels to anyone in need of vehicle repairs
