I'm really happy that I switched from having my regular services done at the Toyota dealership to Finzel's. The prices are better, the customer care is more personal, and I have a sense of satisfaction knowing that my money goes back into my community and not a corporation.

Finzel's used car inspection service saved me from dropping thousands on an SUV I would have regretted buying, and gave me the information I needed to negotiate a fair price on a different SUV in better condition with higher mileage. Finzel's technicians quite literally saved me thousands of dollars, I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll definitely be giving them my patronage in the future.

My daughter had just moved to Terre Haute to attend ISU. She was there less than 3 weeks when the clutch plate on her 2004 Audi A4 disintegrated. The nearest Audi dealer was 65 miles away and I live in Cincinnati. I Googled "Audi mechanics in Terre Haute" and Finzel's was one of the shops that appeared. Of all the shops I talked to, they sounded the most competent and their price was about half of what Audi wanted. To make a long story short, Finzel's took care of everything including towing the car to their shop. The car was ready when they said it would be and the cost was slightly less than their estimate. It's been almost a year since this repair was done and she has not had any problems with her car. This was the best car repair experience I have ever had!

I have never had a problem with Finzels Mastertech since I moved here from Alabama and I have them do all my repairs big or small. They always treat me good and don't talk down to me because I am a woman! Everyone is nice and professional which is a plus. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
