From the moment the phone was answered, I felt welcome and at home. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted by the most handsome and friendly fella I have ever met. I believe his name is Morley. I told them that I have an after-market warranty that is a royal pain in the back-side to work with, but my "new best friend" at Finzel's was not intimidated in the least. My repair was done in a timely fashion. I was able to do a lot of the legwork (paperwork for my warranty) via email (can you say, "CONVENIENT") and the repair was done right!

My friends at Finzel's were able to diagnose a knocking noise in the rear of the car and isolate it to the sway bar bushings. Quick repair time at a reasonable price.

I would just like to say that I was very pleased with my first experience with Finzel's Mastertech. I spoke to Jacob on the phone and he made me feel welcome and appreciated even though I had never been there before. When I arrived, I was greeted by the most handsome guy I think I've ever met, I believe his name is Morley! ;) When I got in the shop, a very nice young lady (I am so sorry, I cannot remember her name but do remember she was learning the bookeeping aspect of the business that day) turned me back over to Jacob, who reassured me that he would be able to work with my "pain in the ass" (my words) warranty and all would be fine. The young lady drove me to my office and returned to pick me up once the work on my car was finished.

Always a p,easant ezperience. Steve and the staff are courteous and knowlegeable, competively priced and if ypu watch for their coupons are even more reasonably priced. They fit me in on shoet notice as usual and had me out in no time.
