I have been taking my car to Finzel's for several years. They are keeping my car, which has 225,000 miles on it, running and safe to drive to visit relatives out of town. I am grateful that they are willing to work on my car and not just say I need a new car because of its age and mileage. Steve and his staff are friendly and seem to be genuinely concerned about the well being of my car. When I call they make a timely appointment to try to find out what is causing the problem I am describing to them.

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my car. When I could not get it done before Christmas I went to other places and got an appointment set up. Then when I thought about the price you had given me it was much lower. So I called and cancelled the other appointment. When all was done the price I was given by you the price was cheaper than thought. I only paid $658.00 and the other place had quoted me over $800.00 thanks for the great work and will be back to get the last thing fixed real soon. Sandy

After a cold drive to work with my passenger side window down and not coming back up, I called and got amazing customer service for a doable cost. Thanks for making sure my drive home was warm. I will never go anywhere else. You just made a customer for life.

Very excellent work in fixing what I said i wanted fixed and nothing else. Gave me suggestions on my heater problem and didn't go behind my back and fix it anyways without my authorization. Very professional on the phone as well, calling every hour or so to inform me of the delay.
