Had a little hiccup with the new engine o had put in. Stopped by and Mister Finzel put the next available mechanic right on it and had my car back in about an hour Great service Great people.

Service was impeccable, and completed in less time than I expected (one hour) as they completed the work in 35 minutes exactly to my specifications. I certainly will use Fenzil's again rather than driving 180 miles round trip to my dealer.

My vehicle was towed there by my insurance company. The thing Finzels was not aware of is the person who towed it there took pictures and remembered picking up the vehicle three months ago in August. My vehicle was sitting in the lot across from the shop with three flat tires, the fuel line had duct tape holding it together, my fuel had all leaked on the ground. I reported this to insurance company as they were supposed to replace the water pump and fuel pump. This was the worst service shop experience I have received ever. Do not go here!!! They charged me $1562.30 and did not repair a thing. Yes I intend to sue for shoddy maintenance service and business. I will be reporting to the better business bureau,insurance, and ASE. I can't believe this I was on Federal Duty with the Census and was returning from Indianapolis when my car broke down. So this is a disservice to the government as well. Please mark this as a blacklisted place. If they did it to me what stops them from doing it to someone else. Worst business I have ever encountered.
