Caveat Emptor... You may not have time for phone calls, but you might want to fit running back to this shop several times into your schedule to get a simple oil change done correctly! Three trips to get a cooling line replaced... correctly... and they overlooked lubricating the chassis (steering linkage) on all 3 trips. I sent them an email to cancel a 4th appointment and told them I was actually afraid to bring my vehicle(s) back to them!!! Giving credit where credit is due, they did a great job fixing two leaky tires and finally corrected a botched cooling line replacement issue. Still looking for a repair shop I can feel good about... they seem pretty scarce in this area...
