I've had Finzel's servicing my cars for 30 years, or more. As always, they did a fine job this time, and I have no reason not to continue using their services. The few times I have had to have someone else work on my vehicles (Finzel's closes for a few days around the Christmas holiday), I have been disappointed with the work done. Thanks Steve!

I've been going to these guys for more than a decade. That should say a lot. What struck me from first is their diagnostic ability. They know their stuff, do quality work, back it up and are pleasant to work with.

Excellent service on electrical problem and flat tire. Quick turn as well.

Even when the repair ended up including an unexpected transmission cooler line replacement the job was done earlier than I expected. The folks here are friendly and kept me in the loop as they fixed my car.

I trust the work that is presented. I've had to wait much longer than originally estimated, and the WIFI in the lobby did not work, so the waiting was not very productive.

Very friendly staff. Always very prompt. Explains the issues so I can understand. Also they go out of there way to e-mail my father who is over-seas. To also explain to him about the vehicle's issues.I am currently a college student. Thank you so much. I will Never take my vehicle anywhere else =)

Took vehicle in to replace turn signal without prior appointment. Work was done within minutes. Appreciated the quick and efficient service.
