My engine light came on when I was running errands. I called Finzels and they were very friendly and accommodating so I drove my car straight there. They took down all my information and drove me home without any waiting. My car was fixed that same day and Steve came out and picked me up so that I could get my car. Fast, courteous and great service. I wish more businesses ran this way. I will definitely recommend Finzel's to anyone needing their car serviced! Thanks again!

As always, the staff at Finzel Master Tech was friendly, gave me a prompt ride ride to work and called when the work was finished. I had thought I had something wrong under the rear of the car, which they strived to solve, but after giving the car a good going over, determined there was no problem. Brought my Grand Prix into Finzel's to replace a wheel hub assembly. The repair was made quickly and the cost was exactly what was estimated. The car sounds great (no more annoying humming from the wheel). I've brought four different cars to Finzel's in the last three years and they've always done great work.

We called in the morning, took the car in early afternoon, Finzel's provided transportation back to work after dropping the car. They diagnosed, called and made the repair, picked us up from work, and we had the car back 5PM - SAME DAY!. What we thought may have been a major problem turned out to be minor. We've used these guys several years and have always been happy.
