Terre Haute Auto Repair

Finzel's MasterTech has the best service in Terre Haute. I live in Indianapolis, now but in 2010 I lived in Terre Haute for 6 months. I had need of an automobile repair service and stumbled upon Finzel's. I was impressed with the way they cover your service needs, provide you with the information to make a decision on the repairs needed. They have never repaired my vehicle without first obtaining my decision. As a matter of fact, I have never forgotten how Steve Finzel apologized for presentinng me with a bill that was $6.00 more than he originally estimated. It made quite an impression on me. I still take my car to Terre Haute from Indy anytime I need repair work done. It is worth it. They are quick, honest and fair. As a woman, I have always been skeptical of auto repair shops but not Finzel's.

Today I noticed water dripping from the front of my Jeep & not from the AC. Finzels determined the problem & had me back on the road by 5pm. Thank you for fixing the problem without finding extra items that "needed repair". I left my last service center because of over charging for items not needed. You always take the time to explain the problem to me. The service is great & the front line people are so nice.

I have both major repair work and minor maintenance performed by Steve and his crew. They have never failed to meet my expectations. The most important aspect that keeps me returning is trust.

There's really not much to say except that Finzel's Mastertech couldn't do any better with regard to accomodations, explanation of what needs to be done to the vehicle or all the courtesies extended to customers. All of us in the waiting room were discussing all of the above. One girl said she had made her last trip to Walmart and would be a new Finzel's customer from now on. Thanks again!

needed car rushed to find problems...found them but charged a hefty diagnostic fee, which was unexpected. would have liked a warning about a cost.

Thanks to the staff at Finzel's for making my day! I was dropped at Elements while my car was being serviced. When I was finished at Elements, I was picked up by the shuttle. The mechanic spoke to me in person. The price was reasonable and I felt that my car and I were treated well.
