I took my car into Finzel's in order to identify a starting problem. Steve kept in good contact with me regarding my car's maintenance. He offered several other maintenance suggestions that needed to be tended to in order for my car to be in a safe condition to drive home for my Winter Break. I was very satisfied with the service I received, especially Steve's ability to effectively explain what the problem was, how critical it was, and what needed to be done to fix it. I felt that the prices quoted for future maintenance were reasonable, although I did find a better deal on the tire replacement I need to get done soon. While I might shop around for lower prices, I found that I got what I paid for at Finzel's--good service and great communication. I would definitely recommend the services provided here.

At first they couldn't find the problem. I gave them more info on how to make it happen and they found that all I needed was a little more fluid in my power steering unit. They weren't even going to charge me for it. I went ahead and had them flush the power steering system and have had no more problems.
