Great job, handled an urgent situation and diffused the problems immediately.

Fenzels always tries to save me money. They don't 'drum up' bogus charges just because I'm a woman. Last trip they saved me over $200 by just looking harder to find the real problem. I recommend Finzel's to other people every chance I get.

Maintenance was handled as requested and service was excellent. The worrisome sound coming from under the car that I asked to be checked --and was attributed to a bad bearing--is still there--and evidently was not a bearing issue. Was the car road-tested?

I have heard nothing but positive things about Finzel's in the past, had no reason to use them until I fired personal mechanic of 15yrs. So when my truck didn't start for the 2nd time I decided to give them a chance. So far it was the right move.....

Staff is always very friendly and courteous! Scheduling is easy, they work well with our schedules and service is completed in a timely manner.

As usual, excellent service!

I was very pleased with the wervice I got from Finzel's. They were very thorough with finding the problem with my vehicle and fixing it. They didn't overcharge me or try to tell me there was more wrong or needed fixing than necessary. I would recommend Finzels to anyone! Thank you!

I've been seeing a lot about how horrible this place is. Too bad I checked too late, and if you're thinking of dropping your car off here, heed the warnings. Took my car in after having some starting problems, and right off the bat, they wanted $700 to replace the fuel pump. That's all good, but my car still wasn't starting right. Took it back in, and it sat there for a week without them calling me. Finally when I called, the mechanic working on it (Brian?) spilled to me that they literally couldn't figure out the problem. He even told me that he'd been perusing Yahoo Answers and similar forums (some professional, right?). So, I went home and did the same; found a lot of people with my problem had a faulty main relay for the pump, so I called and asked Brian if he'd looked at it. It was wierd because he didn't really answer the question; he just said "I'll throw a new battery in and see what happens," despite me saying that I had already had the battery checked the previous week and it was fine. Apparently, it was the main relay, cause the car was up and running the very next day after they replaced it; that's right, I diagnosed my own car. To top it off, Brian still had another $250 bill for me, trying to sell me the battery that he "threw in just to see what would happen." Luckily I got out pretty cheap with right around $800 dollars. I will not go here again. They are pricey and shady, and from what I've seen, quite rude to their customers. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. In fact, I'm going to go around to multiple forums and post my story in order to steer people away from this place. Maybe slower business with force them to change their infuriating practices.
