The guys at Finzels are absolutley the best when it comes to customer service. I have been going there for over 6 years now and always feel that they explain everything to me and give me all my options. I dont think you can beat there level of honesty and customer service. Truly a great place to have your car repaired.

The guys were very helpful to get the critical items fixed on my car and what other work would need to be done in the near future. They worked with my budget and got me back on the road.

I had taken my 2008 Buick to a repair chain to check struts and brakes before taking a trip through the mountains. The other shop replaced struts, mounts, etc at a cost of $1400+. When they were done there was a "popping" noice so it was returned twice for them to fix without sucess. Finzel's was recommended by family members and they were able to take care of the problem for $200. They were very efficent and great to work with in getting the car ready for the trip in a short time.

Finzel's Mastertech is the only place I take my 2005 Chrysler. I have 216,000 plus miles on the car. I have had little repairs over the years I have owned this car. Finzel's repaired my heat in 2010 & this year replaced a wheel bearing. I have spent less than $2,000 on car repairs since I have owned this car. I normally change oil every 3,000 miles since this is a high mileage car. Thanks to Steve and the guys at Finzel's the other repairs I have had have kept my beloved car on the highway. They never begin repairs without consulting me first. I have never paid more than I was orignally quoted for repair costs. The car is always ready when promised. The best service in Terre Haute for my money!

I am glad for Mastertech to fix the power steering problem in two days. I also followed Mastertech's recommendation to replace the valve gaskets on my Olds Intriger. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
