Finzel's used car inspection service saved me from wasting thousands of dollars on an SUV I probably would have regretted buying, and gave me the information I needed to negotiate a fair price on a higher-mileage SUV in rather better condition. They quite literally saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, I'll absolutely be giving them my patronage in the future. Update 01/17/2019 I've continued to patronize Finzel's for all the maintenance my SUV has needed to date, and they've continued to impress with their excellent service and fair pricing. 5/5, they've earned a loyal customer. Update 07/19/2020 I just had my oil changed at Finzel's, and while I was there they tightened up a rattling exhaust heat shield that had worked its way loose without charging me an extra cent. These guys are the best!

When I was shopping for a used truck several years ago, Finzel's used vehicle inspection service saved me from buying an overpriced lemon and gave me the information I needed to negotiate a fair price on an older truck in better condition. I've been taking that truck back to Finzel's for maintenance since I bought it several years ago, and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Finzel's takes good care of my truck when it needs service, and they have never tried to sell me a service my truck didn't actually need. Every time they change my oil they also thoroughly inspect my truck for safety and function, and on two such occasions they've fixed minor annoyances (a loose and rattling exhaust heat shield, and a buckled plastic wheel arch liner that rubbed against my passenger side front tire when I turned sharply) without charging me a cent for their trouble.

Your star system did not work for me. It kept changing when I clicked on the stars,but I was very satisfied with your service

The technicians laid out exactly what was wrong with my car and showed picture proof. They told me what was urgent, not so urgent, and not needed. They also cleaned up another part of my car to prevent worsening of that part. All in all it was a great experience, one like I've never had with getting my car fixed.

Staff is always friendly and very efficient. They graciously answer my questions in terms I understand and not in “mechanic speak”.

They always put the customer first. I'd never take my car anywhere else!

Their focus is on customer service and their work is terrific. Honest and trustworthy. Also, they have a terrific dog!
