I had a great experience bringing my car into Finzel's! I work a lot of hours and they were able to accommodate around my schedule very well. Last minute - I had my ride cancel on me and Finzel's offered to drive me to work after I dropped my car off. I got updates on when my car was done and they even reset my "oil change" light (because my oil was changed not too long ago and the light was never reset). Also, not knowing a lot about the parts that go into a car or what needed replacing.. they printed out a picture and showed me exactly what they were going to do and replace! With this, I was able to compare prices for the services around town and their prices are very comparable (either around same price or a little less expensive from what I could find). My car sounded horrible and it was so loud... after I picked it up from the shop, it sounded great and has been running smoothly! Overall - I would recommend Finzel's and if my car needs any other repairs, I would go back :) And I will add that they have a golden retriever that walks around in the office who is sweet as can be!
