I’m beyond pleased with the customer service, pricing and professional repairs completed on my vehicle! I had a rather complex and pricey repair that needed completed on my 2016 Lincoln MKX. I had it priced by three shops… With Finzel’s being the most competitive. I drop my car off Monday morning and was told it would be ready no later than Tuesday evening. A technician called me Monday afternoon and said they were ahead of schedule and it should be completed Tuesday by lunch- which it was. Everyone was always very polite and professional! I will be using Finzel’s Master Tech over the dealership moving forward.

What a great service! Everyone was super friendly and the free shuttle to and from work is an outstanding perk. I requested an alignment and oil change but was pleased to hear they checked other things such as offering to change my (badly worn) wiper blades. This was my first time with Finzel's and I will definitely be returning.
