Very Friendly staff. Did not want to do anything that was not necessary, always made a point to do what was needed and never wanted to just "throw on parts" that we did not need. Helpful, communicated well with us and very good price compared to other businesses. We left Honda dealership service department and are VERY HAPPY with Finzel's!
