Can't recommend this place enough. Needed to get my SmartCar fixed, and when I took it to Firestone they said "Yeah, we'll get the part!" And then 2 hours later called me and backpedalled saying I need to take it to a Mercedes repair facility. Finzel's was able to get me in ASAP and they got the part so quickly, had the car fixed within hours. They also were willing to work with my warranty provider despite bit being in-network. Everything was super smooth! Every employee that I spoke with was exceptionally nice and clear in their explanations. As a woman, I can count on two hands the amount of times I've been talked down to when dealing with car repair garages, but I didn't experience that at all here. Definitely will be returning the next time something goes wrong. Thanks guys! 😊
