Steve, Bernie, Sidney and all the people at Finzels always give wonderful service. They are always polite on the phone and in person. They keep me informed about the status of my car so I can make the right decisions about my repairs. I also receive an app. access where I can see pictures of the areas that were examined as well as the seriousness of any issues. I always feel I can trust the staff and reports I receive. The new building also gives a comfortable area to wait as well.

Finzels has always been my choice for car repair. They back up their work and are reasonable in pricing.

The facility (new building) is awesome and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The shop area is visible from the waiting area and is so clean looking and organized. My daughter was driving through from OH to CO on I-70 when her '12 JSW TDI quit. We had it flatbedded to Finzel's afterhours. The next morning, they jumped right on the diagnosis, called me immediately and we had a plan in place before breakfast here in CO. Could not ask for better care from anyone in any industry!

Bernie was amazing! The staff is super friendly and most helpful. They went above and beyond to help with our truck. It runs like a gem. Highly recommend
