I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Steve and I was highly impressed with the level of personal concern he put into the diagnostics portion of the whole experience. I have an extended warranty with the manufacturer of my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and after many visits they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong with the transmission or the way it operates. Steve took the time to drive around and replicate the issue instead of just asking me to leave it and they would let me know what was wrong with it. After he completed the diagnostics, he called the dealer and told them what they needed to do to get my vehicle fixed. That there is genuine interest in your customers and your business. Your reputation is more important than making a quick buck. Shame on my dealership service department for not going above and beyond to understand the situation. I would definitely consider FINZEL’S for any car related repairs!
