I’ve been waiting 3 months for the Ford dealer to get a critical part. As of today, that dealer told me the back ordered part had been pushed out an additional 2 1/2 months. Desperate, I went to Finzel who was able to locate, obtain and install new OEM Ford part within one week of my request. FINZEL, great people, great shop, Ford not so much.
