FINZEL’S got us in last minute after we noticed a smoke smell coming from the car. They took detailed pictures during the initial check and service was affordable and quick. Will be returning for sure!

I've been to Finzel's a few times in the past and I've always left as a satisfied customer. Today was no different. My exhaust completely broke off the other week and they provided me with a brand new option (which was considerably lower in cost than I originally imagined) as well as a used option. I was happy to be able to choose. My truck now runs as smooth as I could ever hope for. The app they use to show you every thing they do as they do it is really cool. I was even able to make my payment online and pick my vehicle up after hours. I know where I'll be having all of my work done from now on. So glad this turned out well because dealing with a busted vehicle and questionable mechanics is extremely stressful. Finzel's was able to alleviate all of my stress and all of my concerns. Kudos to running a terrific establishment.

I had my 2011 HONDA CR-Z in for brakes this morning. I just moved to the area from Fort Wayne, so this was my 1st experience with FINZEL'S, & it WILL NOT be my last. Scott called me to explain what needed to be done, & asked me for some info, since they don't have any previous info on my car. I completely agreed with Scott, so BLAIN, the technician performed the services & SYD dropped me off & brought me back to pick up my car. Leaving the parking lot, & in the short distance I had to go, I could feel a big difference with the cars performance! I found each staff member that I came in contact with to be very friendly. I found the price reasonable too. Definitely 5 STARS from me!! John U.
