He not only told me what was wrong with my vehicle but helped me budget wise in what needed to be fixed first and what could wait until I had he funds to fix later. The gentlemen at Finzel's were so nice! They didn't do any actual work on my car, but they told nee what was causing the problem I brought it in for, and also advised on some other repair work they recommended, but didn't try to upsell me into getting it done. The owner, Steve, even gave me a ride over to campus so I could get to class. Everyone there was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable.
