This is the second time I have had a vehicle worked on by Finzels. Both times I have been extremly pleased with the communication to me explaining the problem and cost before any work takes place. The rates are fair and the work is completed in a timely manner!
One more great experience with Finzel's. I had some valve train noise that was bothering me. Jacob could have told me I needed an expensive timing chain replacement, but instead the guys went in and made some adjustments. That almost completely eliminated the noise, and the engine runs smoother.
These guys do great work, Having my brakes done was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, but there was more wrong than I had hoped as well, that is just my fault for waiting as long as I did to have my brakes checked. I am 100% satisfied.
