I have both major repair work and minor maintenance performed by Steve and his crew. They have never failed to meet my expectations. The most important aspect that keeps me returning is trust.

There's really not much to say except that Finzel's Mastertech couldn't do any better with regard to accomodations, explanation of what needs to be done to the vehicle or all the courtesies extended to customers. All of us in the waiting room were discussing all of the above. One girl said she had made her last trip to Walmart and would be a new Finzel's customer from now on. Thanks again!

needed car rushed to find problems...found them but charged a hefty diagnostic fee, which was unexpected. would have liked a warning about a cost.

Thanks to the staff at Finzel's for making my day! I was dropped at Elements while my car was being serviced. When I was finished at Elements, I was picked up by the shuttle. The mechanic spoke to me in person. The price was reasonable and I felt that my car and I were treated well.

I've had Finzel's servicing my cars for 30 years, or more. As always, they did a fine job this time, and I have no reason not to continue using their services. The few times I have had to have someone else work on my vehicles (Finzel's closes for a few days around the Christmas holiday), I have been disappointed with the work done. Thanks Steve!
