The service took a bit longer than expected but they advised me it was it was because it was a newer vehicle and they wanted to be meticulous and thorough in their service. I appreciated the dedication to my service and the explanation.
I have been coming to Finzels for close to 10 years now and I have always been very pleased with the great service & professionalism. The guys at the counter are friendly and polite. The clean comfortable waiting room is a plus too :)

Work was excellent and friendly staff and nice ammenities in their lounge. Other than both times I have been there and they have been a little behind in when they said the work would be finished, everything else is excellent!

They are very good
The service writer's at Finzels are always courteous and patient as they speak with me either in person or over the phone. Work is always completed as promised and I have no reason to worry. I recommend Finzels to anyone I know who mentions needing any type of auto repair or maintenance.
Fabulous!! Always do what they say at a honest price. I will continue to go there and tell any friends needing work done on their cars that is where they need to go.
