I was greeted promptly and friendly when I arrived for my scheduled service. A ride to my office was arranged while my car was being serviced. The work was performed and I was called when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Though I wasn't sure if my car needed front and rear brakes, I was plesed that they only had to replace he rear brakes. Upon driving my vehicle I could immediately feel the improvement in my brakes. Finzel's service tech even cautioned me that my tire tread ware was seriously low and the tires needed replacement. Though I was aware of this need, I appreciated their attention to this detail. Other than the service taking a little bit longer than estimated due to their being extremely busy, it was a great job and I was glad that I could trust Finzels to only repair the brakes that warranted replacement.

I have been doing business with Finzel's for approximately 4 to 5 years now. I use them both for the business vehicles and my personal vehicle. The guys always accommodate our busy schedule and provide top notch service. I plan to use Finzel's again and again...

I had taken my 2008 Buick to a repair chain to check struts and brakes before taking a trip through the mountains. The other shop replaced struts, mounts, etc at a cost of $1400+. When they were done there was a "popping" noice so it was returned twice for them to fix without sucess. Finzel's was recommended by family members and they were able to take care of the problem for $200. They were very efficent and great to work with in getting the car ready for the trip in a short time.
