My daughter just transferred to ISU a month ago and her 1 1/2 month old "new" used Audi just blew a clutch. The car was not drivable and I live 200 miles away. It is 65 miles to the nearest Audi dealer and we don't know anyone in Terre Haute. Needless to say, we were both freaking out. Towing it to the dealer would cost a fortune not to mention what Audi charges for a clutch. I found several repair shops on the internet and started calling. The people at Finzel's were totally understanding of our predicament and very helpful. Jacob researched the parts needed to replace the clutch and promptly called me back with an estimate. I told him to go ahead and he arranged to tow the car to their shop that afternoon. By 9:30am the next morning they had inspected the car, confirmed the problem, ordered the parts and called me back with all the details. The car was ready when promised. The repairs were done properly and the cost was about half of what the Audi dealer quoted. We could not be more satisfied!

Fixed a slow leak in a tire. In and out in 15 minutes. Price was reasonable.

I have always sragged on your work. Once again you showed why. When you found a rodent had been gnawing wires, you made attempts to catch it! Amazing. Even though it was finally concluded that the rodent was not in the vehicle, the extra consideration was commendable. I'll check you traps from time to time and see if they catch our night visitor.
