Great place to get work done. Very clean and professional. Very good at explaining things and not treating me like I'm too dumb to understand. Communicated changes well. Very happy with all my visits so far.

We were passing through on vacation when our brakes started making a horrible grinding sound. We called around and got recommendatoins for here and they were very great and got us in even though it was saturday and they already had a large work load ahead of us. They were very prompt and were inexpenive and very precise on their diagnosis. We were in and out within 20 mins of getting there.

Incredible customer service. Provided me with options without making me feel like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles. Would and have told many people to use Finzel's Mastertech for any vehicle issues that they may encounter.

The response to my request to check out my car was quick and the repair was excellent.

Still have slight thump in left front suspension following steering shaft repalcement. 2 screws left out of drivers side door panel after acuator replacement.

Finzel's did a great job with our oil change. While and oil change may be a small job that nearly any shop can do, Finzel's also did an inspection of our vehicle and found a potentially disastrous problem with our suspension. Finzel's did not provide the repairs (the car was under warranty), but their knowledge alerted us to the service needed.

They were able to move my appointment up one day to accommodate a schedule change.
