They were very thorough and saved me from car trouble in the future through their inspection process. I was not expecting more work needing done, but it is better to find out while your car is in the shop than on the road.

Took my car in for air conditioning charge and oil change. Steve called me and asked if I'd noticed the brake noise. I didn't recall any unusual noise. He explained what the would do and what it would cost for lubing one front brake and adjusting one rear brake. Got the car back, and as I was driving I noticed it was eerily quiet now, though I had never noticed the noise before.

Since moving to Terre Haute in 1998 from Chicago, we've usually dealt with brand dealers for maintenance. I noticed Finzel's early on, but it looked like a small-town shop. I watched it grow over the years and figured they must be doing something right. I took our car in. Hooked ever since. Excellent, personal service. VERY reasonable prices. Never disappointed. Now trusting them to put a trans in our 200,000 mi. van for a very reasonable price. Just got my 120,000 mi car back from service and am Very pleased. Steve and all the folks are personable and professional.

they were very good/honest to let us know it would cost more to fix this car to go on a trip then to buy another car,which is what we did and we drive the lincoln in town.saved us alot of heart ache
