What a great experience. The staff was polite and kept me informed about the progress and potential cost. My vehicle was ready the same day and I would recommend Finzel's to my friends and family.

Well, I keep going back to Finzels because they take such good care of me and my vehicle. This time was no different, they told me exactly what needed to be done, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, worked very hard to get it done quickly, and saved me money.

Top shelf service provided at the best possible rate. Made me feel like a good friend rather than a customer and I left knowing my car was ready to face the winter.

The gentlemen at Finzel's were so nice! They didn't do any actual work on my car, but they told nee what was causing the problem I brought it in for, and also advised on some other repair work they recommended, but didn't try to upsell me into getting it done. The owner, Steve, even gave me a ride over to campus so I could get to class. Everyone there was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable.
