I have always sragged on your work. Once again you showed why. When you found a rodent had been gnawing wires, you made attempts to catch it! Amazing. Even though it was finally concluded that the rodent was not in the vehicle, the extra consideration was commendable. I'll check you traps from time to time and see if they catch our night visitor.

My son was driving my car when it started to smoke like crazy. He pulled it over had it towed to Finzel's. Turns out a transmission hose was cut by the radiator fan. They quickly fixed it and told me since they had flushed the trans a few weeks ago, it could have been their fault and they charged me nothing. It's service like that that keeps me coming back!
