It was easy to make an appointment on line. I was very happy with the customer service, the prices and the work that was done. This is my first time there, and I think I'll go to Finzel's from now on.

I called Fenzel's when my car failed to start in the mall parking lot. It was a nasty rainy day, but they came out regardless, and checked out my car, and towed it in for necessary repairs. Repairs were completed in an efficient and timely manner-a pleasant experience as always. Thanks Guys!

I stopped in just to make an appointment to check for an oil leak. To my surprise they not only checked the leak but fixed it that day. They also took us to a local restaurant and picked us up when we were done. Nice people.

Our son is going to college in Terre Haute, and the car we let him use had a flat tire. He took it in to Finzel's, who found some other serious problems. They did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and were absolutely trustworthy. Even though we live in another state, they allowed us to order the work for our son. They fixed the problems promptly, efficiently and cost-effectively. We are very glad they were able to help us out.
