It was just an oil change this time but it went well without any problems. They checked the car over and said it was in good shape. I recently had a problem checked out there for possible repair that was originally diagnosed during an inspection at a dealership and part of what the dealership said was wrong had no problem. If this facility wanted to be dishonest they could have replaced the part that did not need replaced. Instead they were honest and said there was no problem saving us well over $200. It was diagnosed as a bad tie rod end and normally you would feel some play in the steering which there was no play so the diagnosis took us by surprise especially with only 78,000 miles. The dealer also said the car needed a new air filter which I had changed not long ago but I bought another to change myself and when I opened the canister and took the filter out it looked almost still new. This dealership has always had a great service Dept, just a bit pricey so I am not sure what is going on there but I would recommend Finzels for auto repair services.
