When I first walked in the staff was very helpful and friendly answering all my questions. They scheduled me in a very reasonable time frame and kept contact with me while it was in the shop on how repairs were going. I was very impressed with both the work done and the friendly staff. Clean shop. Finzel's is a very professional shop. I like the text updates that show pics of the vehicles faults and shortcomings. I am a mechanic myself and was a little leery about letting a shop work on my son's truck, but he is away at college so my hands were tied. Thank you for all of your calls and updates. Great job.
