I was out of town on a Saturday when my daughter called to say her car wouldn't start at TH South High School. I called my friends at Finzel's to see if they could assist, and they didn't let me down. They jump started the car and got it over to their shop, and replaced the alternator by early Monday. I highly recommend their services.

While traveling from out of state, our car had to be jumped and we knew we needed to have the battery replaced. Found Finzel's by googling, and saw a decent review, so called them as we were approaching Terre Haute. Not only did they accommodate us with a battery replacement and oil change almost immediately, but they dropped us off at the nearby mall so we could shop, snack, etc., and then picked us up again when the car was ready. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, great service.

When I called Steve Finzel to say our car had brake problems, he fit us in right away. Steve is a gifted diagnostician and I trust him and his staff completely. He listened to what behavior I observed and had us back on the road by the end of the next day. I have sent several of my friends, students, and co-workers to him and have never head a complaint.
