I was told by their tech to bring my car in and they told me they could fix my transmission. Upon further review they could fix the transmission but couldn’t program it and didn’t tell me that even though I’m sure they knew that they couldn’t reprogram the transmission. Had me pay $131 service fee to tell me that they can fix the transmission but can’t reprogram it. That’s some kind of deception by this company and I didn’t appreciate that.

I brought my 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD pickup truck to Finzels Master Tech for a 150K mile service. A thorough diagnostic test was conducted and the necessary repairs were made in a timely manner. The price was very fair. The work was excellent and the staff was very professional. I am very pleased with Finzels and I will be back for future service. Thanks Jorge
