F i n z e l s did excellent job repairing our truck very good customer service got it done in a timely time frame they were good about giving us a call and letting us know how much the bill would be and what was all wrong with the truck and when they could get the truck in and get the job done did it excellent service.

Extremely happy with the service. I went to them for a second opinion on an engine sludging issue. Thank goodness I did. They saved me thousands of dollars , literally. I would like to think they see their customers as real people and not ones to milk money out of like some dealerships where I was quoted a five figure number . They have my forever loyalty . Thank you Finzels.

I have always taken my cars to Fenzil’s and they have been great. My AC quit working so I made an appointment with them . It wasn’t until a week later but I’ve always used them and trusted them to do a good job. They had my car for a day to make the determination on what needed done. They ordered the part and had my car for another day to make the repairs. A week later the AC quit working again on a Saturday. My son worked on it on Sunday, without the equipment they have access to , and got it working again for a couple days. When I called Fenzil’s to get an appointment to have it checked they couldn’t get me in for 10 days! In my opinion they have gotten too big and no longer care about loyal customers. I am taking it somewhere else and hopefully will establish with a new mechanic that I will return to again . I will not go back to Fenzil’s.

Update 8/31 After I wrote this review Finzels contacted me and offered to fix my AC the next day. They had my car for less than a day and AC is working great. I am very happy I took my car back to them. They treated me like a loyal customer. I will continue to use them in the future 🙂

Everyone was kind and courteous and took care of me and my car while I waited for my low beams to be replaced. The lobby area is inviting and has the cutest 4-legged lobby attendant!
