Finzel's worked on my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country van having nearly 107000 miles.The engine was producing an intermittent high pitched whine. Steve, the owner, found the original alternator failing and it was replaced. The whine was improved but still occurred intermittently. Steve, continued to pursue the problem and found the original serpentine belt and tension pulley showing wear. After replacing the pulley and belt, the vehicle runs comparable to when I drove it out of the dealer showroom eleven years ago. I am confident that the vehicle has another 100,000 miles left in her. Great service. I liked that I was able to make an appointment online and then got an email notice when it was completed with details about the service.

As usual they were very prompt. I had a few small maintenance items that needed taking care of and they explained those to me. So I approved those, when done I went to pay the bill and was pleasantly surprised at the price. Not only did I get good service but a great price also.
