Had a very good first experience on 5/16/19 when I took my vehicle for diagnosis of a sound I was hearing while driving. The customer service I received was very friendly, professional, and honest. They answered my questions to the best of their ability and gave me my quoted price in writing which seems to be reasonable after I did some checking with a couple of other shops.
